Case study: Arsytek — Luxury Architecture & Real Estate Website.

Client: Arsytek
Role: UX/UI Design • Brand Identity • Squarespace Development • Content Architecture
Website: https://www.arsytek.com/

  • Arsytek is a high-end architecture and real estate design firm based in Houston, Texas. They are focused on elegant, modern, and luxury properties. Prior to engagement, the client’s website was built on WordPress and suffered from outdated visuals, unclear structure, and a limited ability to communicate the depth and sophistication of Arsytek’s portfolio.

Prosper Web was brought in to reimagine the brand identity and craft a fully redesigned Squarespace website from scratch that reflected the firm’s premium positioning while enhancing usability, project storytelling, and conversion. This included modernizing the visual identity with bold color usage and a new minimal logo, as well as transforming the client’s portfolio from a simple image sequence into a structured architecture of project and property details — allowing visitors to fully appreciate the breadth and precision of Arsytek’s work (for example, on pages like the 310 E Cowan Dr case). The website now serves as both a brand showcase and a resource for prospective clients to explore individual projects with clarity.

  • Primary goals included:

    • Migrating from an outdated WordPress site to a modern Squarespace platform that’s easier to manage and scale.

    • Developing a luxury brand identity — including bold color palettes and a new minimal logo — that aligns with Arsytek’s design sensibility and differentiates them in a competitive market.

    • Reworking the portfolio presentation into a structured, detail-rich architecture that showcases the firm’s projects with context, story, and property specifics rather than just images.

    Key challenges:

    • Preserving and enhancing the firm’s premium positioning while improving clarity and usability.

    • Balancing rich project information with minimal, modern visual design to avoid visual clutter.

    • Translating the experience of high-end architectural craftsmanship into a digital narrative that resonates with potential clients and partners.

    • Full Squarespace site development with custom layouts and structured content architecture

    • Brand identity refresh including bold color system and modern minimal logo

    • Reimagined portfolio framework with detailed project pages and property context

    • UX/UI design that supports both browsing inspiration and informed decision-making

    • Responsive, performance-oriented design across devices

  • Modernized Brand Positioning: Arsytek now presents a confident, luxury brand identity that reflects the quality and refinement of their work.

Improved Portfolio Experience: Projects are now experienced as narratives — with context and intentional structure — rather than simple image collections, resulting in deeper visitor engagement.

Streamlined Platform: The Squarespace redesign delivers a more intuitive content management experience for the client and faster performance for users.

Stronger Lead Touchpoints: Clearer project showcases and refined UX help position Arsytek as a top choice for clients seeking premium architecture and design services.
